+1 on flip up arms. Also on high quality. Most of what they sell at Office Max, Costco, etc. become disappointing pretty quickly. Look for used office furniture places. The foam they use in Herman Miller and the like is much denser and longer-lasting. I had the same office chair for 10 years at my last job and it was as good on the last day as on the first. I named it "Paradise," as in, "Another day in Paradise." Aeron is good, but has its own feel, which some don't like. Don't get a knockoff Aeron unless you've checked out reviews thoroughly. Most are crap.
