I have to stop going to the store during lunch...BAD (good!) things happen!

Don't know much about the company - but this guitar is seriously something special. Plays like a dream, pickups sound great, very nice construction. I played it through a Bassman so of course it would sound good but I'm sure the mini humbuckers will fit nicely for Jazz in the neck position and dirty blues with just a touch of grit.

Crappy cell phone office pic - better than nothin'! I am pumped - pic doesn't do it justice, this was one I could not let get away...beautiful!

Looks like a great guitar. I've been curious about these for a bit. They straddle between a bit of Gibson and Gretsch. I believe that model is the chicagoean. They make a P90 version that looks great.

I've heard they have been making pickups for quite a while.

You'll have to give a full review once you've played it a bit

Ultra cool.
Nice looking, well made stuff.
I visited their booth at the Austin Guitar Show a few years ago.
A great marriage of influences.

Thanks!

It is the Chicagoan (sp?) w/o the bigsby...24.75" scale, ebony fretboard (love me some ebony fretboard!!I can't wait to try it at home, I have a small Kustom V Defender 5-watt tube amp I use with a verbzilla and I get lots of great tones out of it - I'm sure this one one will rule, especially since I'm in a blues/jazz phase at the moment.

One thing is for sure - that Fender Bassman Reissue I played is freakin' magic...paired with this guitar even my mistakes sounded good!

2 hours left in the work day...then battle traffic to get home in one piece and then I'll really be smilin' :)

They make a nice guitar for the money. I gig with my Cigno all the time.
