I'm feeling especially egocentric this morning, let's talk about me!

I'm just going to leave this here. This is about you, even though this post uses some form of "I" or "my" 5 times. You're one of those motor dilly guys, though.

My plan, should I live long enough to retire, is to sorta kinda replicate this here bike, only use a couple of lawn mower engines, briggs & stratton say, but I don't think I'll paint in white.

    Paint it black.

    Another thing!

Over the past two weeks, I've put in 97 hours in doing my 'part time' gig of driving groups around the state in a motorcoach (big-ass bus).

The overtime sucks...mostly because they don't pay overtime..

The good news is, I was able to smash the crap out of a very large, and very ugly, planter at the hotel I stayed at last Friday evening in Buffalo, SD, when good 'ol #2006 slid backwards on the ice on their, not-plowed parking lot as I turned the bus around to park it, at 12:30AM Saturday morning.

Not a nick on the bus, but the world has one less ugly-ass planter in it...

But it wasn't all roses and butterflies, in the morning I confessed to the folly of my ways to the desk person, and paid her a $50 bill 'out of pocket' to make amends for the destruction.

I’m feeling old and beat up.
I promised myself when I was younger not to be a whiny old man who constantly complains about his afflictions/ailments.
    OK.
    I won’t, but I want my mama!;)
All my repairs, bangs, dents and damage are gangin’ up on me.
    Wha wha.
I still want my mama, but she’s been gone 34 years now.
    OK, I’m done.

I take my little table down to Walmart, and sign up people to save the whale, I then get them to kick a couple of bucks in the pot. At the end of the day, I send a dollar to save the whale, and put the rest in my pocket! Ain't Walmart just a grand place?

Instead of RC, may I suggest...

    Team Mini-Max

And no, I’m not affiliated. Just a thought.

    Same here...

    Legal Eagle

Much more fun than standing on the ground looking up.

I rode a selection of Royal Enfield, 350, 400 and 500 over about 350km of very interesting roads with my wife on the back, they went surprisingly well. But if you are into 750 2 strokes, i hear ya!

I do have a bit of seat time on a late model 500 Royal Enfield, though nothing like your experience.

The 500 I bought new three years ago. I sold it a year later, but had some good times on it putting around on our 50-60 mph backroads...

Pretty cheap and okay quality...let's face it, an rc plane IS going to have a confrontation with earth at some point. Quality v price v operator skill is a proportion that requires careful balance.

I have a few helis, planes and a few biplanes from them. 2 laser cut balsa kits waiting for some spare time...Tiger Moth and sopwith camel.

You need a Norton 750 Commando. An orange-red one. I still miss mine.

Ah that model (Classic?) was the one I rode along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria (oz). Also rode a Himalayan and a 350 scrambler that day.

I was 10 posts in before I realized that the OP is talking about a radio-controlled plane, and not a real one.
