I have fought it long enough so... everything is on the block.
Just tired of trying to keep stuff... and eat. So I put it all on craigs list.
The Rics and princeton reverb sold in about 2 minutes.. but there is much more.
you can see what I have by checking my pictures here.
If interested in anything I have left shoot me a PM.

Something's very wrong when selling an instrument pays more than gigging it.

Please hang in there. We've all at some time had to sell off pieces of the collection, to pay taxes, make the wife happy, whatever.

The important thing is that you get back on your feet as soon as possible, and when you do you can have fun starting over.

Just don't let this get you down.

Targ, I hear you loud and clear. Been out 16mo and it looks bleak. Haven't gotten to the liquidation phase yet, but smell it coming. Did go through it about 8 years ago and don't miss any of my 'stuff' except a Martin D-18 I bought new when I was 18.

Oddly, I was reading a something somewhere and Peter Gabreil's 'Don't Give Up' from the SO album was written for the unemployed of England during their economic mess of the mid 80's. I downoladed it onto my iPod and it hits home and does make me feel better.

I'll keep an eye out for you and you one for me. This too shall pass.

Sorry to hear about what you're going through. Remember times being tough after my dad retired from the Navy. He couldn't find a job for about three years. Was pretty tough on the whole family, and we moved from place to place for a while. There is light at the end of the tunnel. You just gotta keep plugging away and something good will happen.

    Hang in there!

Last year I was doing work for a lady who lived in a big old house on Newport Harbor CA that was built by Richard Nixon's brother, Donald. It has some 25 phone lines, and was used as part of Nixon "campaign HQ" back in the day. Anyway, this lady told me that one street down, right on the bay, was a friend who was a real estate bigwig (selling to the rich and famous) living high on the hog for years in a $5 million + mansion with a dock and yacht... but then one day he drove by in his Suburban with his kids and told her he was living in it. This was after the housing crash a few years ago. She let them stay in a cabin they owned up in the local mountains for a while. Apparently he was pretty well stretched out monetarily, and when the crash came...

Sorry to the OP. I hope it turns around soon for you.
