    Jet could have been a Beatles cover band. It shows through pretty plainly in some of their songs, like Look What You’ve Done.

    Black crows seems like they could have been a Rolling Stones cover band before they got big . They sounded like they had a strong appreciation for the stones!

    Canada's "The Tea Party" was likely either a Doors cover band or a Zeppelin cover band.

    The first Album is kind of half and half.

    A lot of people have them flack for that but IMO it was a good thing since neither band was making new music. As far as I was concerned they just picked up the torch.
