    That doesn't look so bad.

I have no idea of the value of one of those guitars but I know I wouldn't pay over $600 for one...

No thanks. I like the original.. I don't even like the fat 70's strat headstock on my 72' reissue

I think it's cool. Epiphone made a Tele type object and put an Explorer like headstock (Gibson heritage eh) to say "Hey, we ain't even pretending to be a Fender."

I think the price is too high as well form what I've heard about them. Collectability = I don't think so much.

I had one for a few months a year or two ago. I just could'nt bond with it. I ended up selling it and making a few bucks on it.

The seller is asking way too much money. Those old Epiphone guitars sell here all day long for $150. The body is some kind of plywood and the parts/pickups are cheap. I'd stay away.

With that hockey stick headstock, you have to play it like this:

A Strat bridge would be a plus on that one. And a couple of mini-buckers

Those and the Epi strats used to be pretty common - I also never liked that headstock on any guitar except a Gibson Explorer.

What's up with that price? Someone on my local CL was selling one of those for $150 just a few weeks ago. I thought it looked trippy, but passed it on by.
