I'd just hang on to my Doug Weissbrod (Talos Amps) modded Reverend Kingsnake. It may not be the most robust build, but it pretty much covers everything I need. If not that, then a good DeLuxe Reverb would do it.

Is money no object? If I don't have to carry it, a '59 Bassman or reissue.

If I DO have to carry it, from what I'm reading currently, a TMDR.

In the real world where I have to buy it, and carry it? Probably a red-stripe Peavey Envoy, or maybe a Champion 40.

For me it would be my Louis Electric Gattone. 107604933_3380920965274183_7867944735242204708_n (1).jpg

I'd pick up another Laney L20T-112 or L5 Studio. Kinda of a toss up between the two, since each has its own perks.

I'd have to give it to my Fender Excelsior. Sparkly clear and completely hassle-free, plus it loves pedals.

Tough decision. For Guitar, Probably an original late 50s tweed twin or bassman. Or a 60s Marshall 1962. For Bass it would be my Peavey Nitrobass head with 70s 215 cabinet.

There is no substitute....the amp by which all other amps are judged.
If I could only choose 1 amp for the rest of my days....

Well I only have one amp, and it's a Blues Junior Texas Red (that is with a Celestion Vintage 30 speaker and fiesta red tolex). Works great with the Gretsch and the Tele, a bit noisy though maybe I should change valves I haven't changed yet.

When I first experienced the Pignose Crossmix 150r (Rivera designed) I knew that I had found the sound that I was looking for. I now have 6 Rivera designed amps. My current favorite is the Clubster 25 Doce. It's built like a tank, but small and fairly light compared to my other amps.

I was spoiled with Marshall JMPs (a '79 2203, '78 2203 and a HOT cascade modded '74 1992 Super Bass, just a ripper) for years..

That said, I could live happily with a DSL if it were the only amp I could get..my sound is in there, and then some! It's pure Marshall all the way.

Out of amps I've owned, easy...my 5F1 clone with a 12" speaker. Wish list would be a tweed Deluxe or Tremolux (or clone).

It's the best amp I've ever used, not that I've used a huge number of amps.

    Hello.
I own 5 amps, but the most versatile and powerful one is my Fender Pro Reverb Silverface, 2x12" 75W from 1979.
I can play it at home as well with its master and single volume balancing output.
