Still after all these years this: I heard the Fillmore East version on the radio in my car, found a phone booth, called the radio station to find out who it was then drove to a record store and bought the album. I loved everything about the band, from the music to the fact that they considered themselves working men and included the roadies on the back cover

You know what, it actually isn't that difficult. I was in a band and we did this song so I learned the MK licks and solos note for note. It was just about the only song I ever used tab to learn. I admit though that for the twiddly parts near the end I kind of cheated by missing out the last note of each quadruplet but everything else was bang on.

Romeo and Juliet though? Forget it.

Sometimes I try to play the main riff from Cliffs of Dover SLOWLY and I still mess it up.

    Seriously.

Not a single song, but I'd love to be able to play jazz with the economy and fluency of the late Joe Pass.

I can play Mr. Crowley, but I could never play Mr. Cowley like Randy played Mr. Crowley

    Solo @ 2:10 & 3:55

One? Impossible, because I am such an inadequate player. I offer just a few, in no particular order:

Sultans of Swing. I got passably close once, but no cigar. That band broke up.

    Smoke From a Distant Fire

    In The Mood

    Hammin' It Up (Instrumental)

    Stealin' Corn (instrumental)

    Lido Shuffle

Got A Letter From My Kid Today

    Classical Gas

I play a lot of reasonably exact covers, but Statesboro Blues is impossible, as far as I can tell.

    I'd happily settle for this:

While we're at it, can I have the guitar, too?
