if you could have dinner with any 3 persons (no deities)-alive or dead- who would they be?

    My deceased parents.

When I was younger, I failed to inquire of them much about themselves. We almost never had any deep, meaningful conversations. I never asked them about their youth and all the years before I was in their life.

Now that they are all gone, I so regret not learning more about them. Now, there is so much I want to ask them about.

This includes five people: my biological parents, who left this world many years before I was able to determine who they were; my parents who adopted me at birth and raised me until age of 7, and my step-father who came into my life when I was 7.

I must add... my only child, who was aborted before birth. (That's a big regret.) I'm sad to say that this child, my only child, was never even given a name.

If all I could get is one dinner, I would certainly take that. Perhaps one day, I pray, all questions will be answered... in an instant of knowing.

Anyone other than those I mentioned: Jesus.
