Somewhere between Seven and One Half and Eight Pounds, depending on which features are selected and not including WRHBs, more that 2 pots, or any form of whammy or Bigsby.

    Perfect!

cool! 7 1/2 lbs (give or take a couple oz.) is my ideal weight. that's what i was hoping for. i'll just be using lightweight, vintage glendale style stuff and a light maple neck. sounds good!

You can always just attach some helium balloons if it comes out too heavy.

It depends on how heavy the rest of the parts are... ;)

But seriously, you should be able to keep it to about 7.5#.

I have one with a 5.8 lb body [with finish] that is 7.8 lb as a guitar. I would say that is the light side. I did some things in an attempt keep the weight as low as possible. Plastic amp knobs, plexi control cover, Ti saddles, Vintage tuners & bridge plate, .060" 1 ply guard. These things each added up [or rather down] cumulatively to lower weigh a little. I was actually surprised the guita came in under 8 at all. Hope that helps...
