The cream colored bobbin and adjustable poles make me wanna say DiMarzio. Anyone know the model?

It’s missing a magnet off the bottom. Will that make a difference sound wise? It still measures 8.8k. I’ve got a Strat with a weak bridge pickup and a bunch of free time...Should I wire it up?

    .

missing magnet will mean you have lower output ... so just raise the pickup closer to the strings.

Looks like a Dimarzio SDS upper distortion Strat pickup. You could check with them about getting another magnet, or find a pair of magnets on eBay
