    Hello...

if anyone happens to remember, the last guitar I failed to know was a bit of a 'sitter'... was the Van Halen Signature model by Gretsch with a single-pickup design that caught my eye...

however, I feel this one may be a little harder?

It's Lianne La Havas... and she is just brilliant beyond belief..not so sure about the hair though...

I've looked all over the net just for the brand behind that logo but no luck...

no doubt it's paltry knowledge to the more experienced among us..

    Cheers

It is an early sixties Alden Tuxedo, based on a Harmony H45/H46 Stratotone Mars model. The headstock decal and black finish indicate that it was specifically made for Aldens (a catalog company), who called it (and a few variations) the "Tuxedo" models.

It's an Alden Stratotone. I have a 1963 with a single pick up at the neck position. Cool Guitar.
