It's only 84 right now and feels kind of good. I suppose We could have gone out early in the mornings if either of us were up. But...we're both old and not inclined to early rising these days.

Tomorrow looks to be a little cooler.

We have a chihuahua. When I can’t take him out we usually chase each other around the house playing with his toys. It’s exhausting for me so I know he’s getting a workout too.

Maybe tomorrow we get a break. I just walked outside for a minute. That was enough

During the day on the south east coast of England, we're somewhere around 32°C (89.6°F), but parts of the country are set to hit 37C over the next couple of days, which is 98°F. That's just silly hot for dogs, and way hotter than some of the countries we've been to in the Far East over the years. The only time we went to China, it was 32°C, and we felt as if we were melting the first few days.

Got out of work at 5 and was in bliss. It was 86 degrees and somehow felt like fall to me.

After a week of purgatory temps, we had a nice cool day today. I couldn't decide if I should go for a long bike ride or take a nap in a hammock.

Thanks for translating from Celsius to American......I never can remember the conversion formula....isn't it pi times radius squared or something? ;)

I’m in the desert and I have to walk my dogs before 7:00 am or after 7:00 pm. or else it’s brutal. I try for both.

We had to wait until around 8:30 pm to take Alex out tonight. He loves his walk, and gets antsy if we aren't gone by 7:45. It was still 90 degrees F when we got back in. By 8:30 a little breeze came up as it usually does in the NW Bakersfield area and it made it bearable.

We weren't going to have a dog to walk after Toto and Bella, but my young son got me to thinking about adopting an adult dog, when Alex became available we brought him home. I feared getting another dog, because he would probably outlive us. It's six months later, and Alex was most likely on his way to the dog pound if an owner wasn't found, so he's got that going for him. Who knows, we're still playing golf, and making plans for the future, he may get a good run after all. He's kept us walking every night, and we might not be doing that if he wasn't here. Kind of a symbiosis type of thing I guess.

I've got 5 acres of radio fence. I send them on their own when I need to. My property borders a state forest. There's a stream that never hits 70F.

I've been walking my dog for three years, morning and evening..

Last night I saw that his ears are now getting whiter, his face is also getting whiter, and looks to be aging quite fast.. I felt a tear in my eye fall.. All those times Ive walked him, I never really noticed or at least this is the first time I noticed that he's been beside me all this time..

enjoy those times.. Im definitely enjoying mine..

    3 years old and counting..

Our Yorkie-poo loves to go for a walk, for about the first 100 feet. Then she wants to be carried since she has bad knees. The Chihuahua mix will walk but she wants to follow her nose if we don't keep her on a tight leash.
