This is a Squier Classic Vibe custom 70s that’s been refinished with a shoreline gold (or close to) nitro finish. It’s bone stick other than the refinish. Yes I know how some feel about the relic but I dig it on this one. The pickups sound great and handle everything from the cleans too heavy distortion. The neck is a nice C shape. I’ve had these same pickups (Duncan Designed TE101) in other guitars and they didn’t sound the same as they do in this one. It just smokes. I’ve had Fender Teles and a bunch of Squiers and this one is definitely at the heap of the pile. Even the other Classic vibes I’ve played in the stores weren’t this good.

That's a nice looking guitar and a nicew feature set. The belt-sander "forearm wear" is silly but at least less that the hilariouly massive fake wear currently in vogue. That's a nice gold tone and IMO a worn, lustrous finish looks way better, in gold, than a glinty new finish.

If I had done the forearm thing I don’t think I would have went quite that far with it.

Nice! So cool to get a great sounding and playing guitar. And it looks great, to boot! Enjoy.

I love shoreline gold. One of my fav fender colours for sure. And neck WRHB would be right up my alley, too.

    Sweet guitar.

Nice colour. I assume the sound clip is clean straight in to the amp. If so really like the tone.

Guitar into an old Johnson J-Station with a bit of verb and slapback. The amp is a Crate V32 Palamino.

I dropped my Squier Custom II special whatever, the two-P90s one, off a table, and it chipped just like that in the very same area

I had one of those in tv yellow and we didn’t really get along. Big ol fat neck.

    Nice looking guitar.

And you have the most aesthetic-looking intonation too!

Pics were pre-setup. I did intonate it properly with the setup.
