She's very talented and entertaining. This video isn't as "bad" as some I've seen, but I wish she didn't feel the need to exploit her femininity to "succeed". She IS very lovely, but some vids, with super short skirts and low cut blouses actually detract from her playing and singing abilities. She's better than that. ;)

Some women like to be 'girly girls'. It's ok.

Friends of mine have four boys and the fifth is a girl. Their mom proclaimed one day, "She's a girly girl, not sure where she gets that from, certainly not me", she's into shoes and dresses and everything else.

    It makes her happy.
Same way I am sure Samantha Fish just likes it because it makes her happy.

Really like Samantha Fish. Saw her in 2019 here in Asheville. Unfortunately, it was not a strong night for her band. They were late, very late, took the stage out of sync, no mojo. It was just a lackluster night for them. We left before it was over. This song was a highlight, but they opened with it, and things slid down from there.

    Still a fan.

Just discovered her this year and I’m really enjoying the music. Great range of style, both guitars and vocals. Very original, I can’t wait for more.

I’ve heard she likes to be the only girl on the bill.

In my limited exposure to her, she's often playing a Telecaster Thinline-style, with a skeletal "fish" cutout where the "F" hole would be.

I've seen her live twice. One time opening for Tab Benoit and a couple of years ago up close at a Guitar Town workshop in Copper Mountain. Very entertaining and she held her own amongst some heavy hitters such as Walter Trout, Robben Ford, John Jorgenson and Coco Montoya. in fact, she was the headliner on electric night.

Yeah, the outfits are a little over the top, so to speak, but I don't mind.

Yep, a nice long burqa would really let her talent shine.

And how can you argue with a lovely young blues performer who can rock Sabbath?

    I’ve always enjoyed her stuff.
My wife always wears skirts dresses and heels. She likes it. I like it.
She isn’t trying to sell anything.

I like her, but I really like HER. Found a clip of HER playing a Tele instead of her sig Strat, but it was a phone clip/bad sound. She's just got that Funkadelic vibe.

Ask yourself this before you post next time: would I be commenting about the guitarist's sexuality or gender presentation if it were a man? Esp. on a guitar forum. Let her do her and you do you.

But I didn't take in that she was pedal-dancing in high heels til later in the video. For that, I def take my hat off to her.
