There are lots of great P-90 guitars out there. But yeah I'd go with the SG jr or the he les Paul jr.

That was going to be my suggestion, as I have one, and it sounds groovetastic. Only issues are the hum and wishing it had an arm contour. (I hit my forearm on the ASAT more than on my Tele, probably as I pick further back on the ASAT because of the neck pickup.) It's also rather pretty.

Yamaha Revstar RS502T would be my first pick.

Definitely a Gibson of some variety: SG, Les Paul Special or semi-hollow.

The PRS SE One was a nice cheap way to get into an all-mahogany, wraparound, single P90 screamer. Not sure if they make them anymore. Even had a Korina model.

Came in here to say Revstar, seems like that's already been covered!

Casino/Es-330: jazz, blues, rock. Amazing little machine. Best Buy: a good Epiphone standard Casino, MIC. Pick the color you like, and if possible try before buy.

I can certainly appreciate the Gibson Les Paul Jr/Special rawnesss. It's a very punk-garage aesthetic and I dig it the most but, if the spondulix are available, everybody knows that soapbars live in a Les Paul Gold Top.
