I was thinking the same thing. One of the things I like most about the TDPRI forum, Is that a significant portion of its members check the usual guitarist ego in at the door. Wilsey's actual accomplishments aside (which are indeed notable and commendable-my respect goes to you WikedGTR!) - but the tone of this thread comes off as an implication of superior "all-knowing" in terms of the instrument based on the ownership of only 3 Teles (in reality, I'm sure that WGTR'a actual knowledge on the instrument stems more from experience than ownership) ......in any case, some good fun banter happening on this thread

We've been smelling that certain distinct smell of electrical fire, ever so faintly from time to time ... kinda unnerving actually ... finally one day -following the nose of course, looking inside the 'fridge, looking up, I notice that the plastic above the bulb in there is charred and melted. Being a full house, I pondered this. No, that door is not left open enough for the bulb to do that by itself.

Obviously, someone, or something - has hacked our smart fridge in an in vain attempt at increasing our electrical bill.

 

Speaking of the Avengers, I was at a friends house last night and hung out with Greg Westermark. He is in Orange County recording some stuff with a friend of mine. Actually I know Greg fom the early 70s so it was cool to see him again.

 

Not sure the recently departed could be considered passengers anymore.

But I do like the play-in with "velocity of the unladen swallow" question earlier.

Now, if they were actually passenger pigeons, as opposed to swallows, who were the pilots of these birds?
And would they have used diamond lanes? Opportunities for increased velocity and all.

Driver (1) + Corpse (1) = 2 in vehicle so yes, it's legal. The statute makes no distinction about whether the passenger must be alive or not. But the driver better know which exit to take because his passenger is beyond being able to read a road map.
