I have some tubes Ei, Phillips, and Mesa...Which should I use in a Peavey Classic 50

Any suggestions on which type of tubes to put in there? At my disposal, I have the tubes that came in the amp, which are 3 Ei Ecc-83 that say yugoslavia on them...3 mesa str 12ax7-a...and 2 JAN Phillips 12at7wc...here's a pic of each of them...

2x12...playing mostly rhythm in a rock band...some songs are driving rock songs and others have quiet clean rhythms so I definitely use both channels. My other guitar player who plays leads uses a mesa lonestar 1x12.

I have a maxon ts9 tubescreamer thats modded to 808 specs and an ibanez cp9 compressor to add to the sound as well.

I would stay away from the EI...they tend to be microphonic in amps but the other two should be fine. I would try both and see what gets the tone that you want. I know rhythm guys that want tight and punchy and some that want more aggressive warm tone. I used tung-sol reissues and were quite happy. They are very punchy and musical.

    Good luck
