I have some really weird neighbors across the street...

    One of them is out in his little side yard at all hours of day and night, holding court with a revolving group of Chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, and Toy Pommeranians yelling "POOP POOP POOP you little buggers!! POOOOOP!!" At one point one of the dogs tried to pee on the man's leg, prompting him to ramp up his poop-shaming attacks and complain about the dogs giving him attitude.

    The other neighbor just stares out of his window at the troupe of dogs doing their business, occasionally seeming to forcibly engage the dog owner neighbor in banal conversation about car registration statuses, weather reports, and what have you while the dogs are poop-shamed.
