I just gotta say it’s hot. Oppressively hot
    Temperature is 90-93.
There is not a breath of breeze. We usually have a Few days with no winds but we’re looking at 3 weeks with little or no wind
I hopped into the pool to cool off. Got cooled but not refreshed. Grrrrrrr

I normally don’t complain about the heat but today I am. I had to rant. I feel better just not cooler

    It’s usually hotter n’ Hades.
    Blessed relief.
    Got a little rain, too!

Around here, we consider September a Summer month. A few years ago it was 90 or higher every day in that month. Even into October it was around 90 degrees. We are getting some beautiful weather right now and it is lovely. Grab some shade and stay hydrated, stxrus.

September here can be a crapshoot - some years it may as well be winter, but today is a beautiful sunny day - and 26C, which is about as good as it gets. Sadly, I closed the pool a few days ago...

    I read somewhere:

Don't think of this as the hottest year ever. Instead think of it as the coolest year that we'll have in a long time.

It’s not the air temp it’s the lack of wind. Usually a 10-15 Trade Wind makes it wonderful.

I've got a solution. Its just about perfect weather here in Pittsburgh right now. We can do a straight swap on our houses. Hell, I'll give you my business and I can take over yours.

I wouldn't blame you in the least for turning me down.....

Sorry, 70F partly cloudy and breezy here in Michigan today, coming into my favorite time of year. Trees are just starting to turn color.

Kinda weird, but you know that already. Just last week, the National Hurricane Center maps were packed with trouble. Today, all the activity has been downgraded to remnants, not even enough to be called a depression.

Beta dropped some rain on us, 3 days worth, but nowhere near the 24" that the birds in the chestnut tree across the street were talking about. Must have been boy birds.

Hope you encounter fair winds and better weather. Cold drink? Yeah, feels like drink-thirty around here already.

Here's a photo from all around your neighborhood. As I appreciate it, your island is around 50-60 miles off the eastern end of Puerto Rico?

Today in Northern Va is glorious, mid 70's and beautiful!

But I feel like I earned a few nice days
as we played 2 outdoor gigs ( not complaining about playing gigs!) somewhere, every weekend from June-August and got baked and fried!
( thank goodness for tents and water)

Last Sunday was awesome, look how happy our drummer is! ( he's the best!)
