I got to fly on Nimrods a few times whilst serving in the RAF and was astonished to learn that some of the onboard kit still ran on tubes. That was in the 90's; if it ain't broke don't fix it, and they're pretty robust against EMP apparently.
Same with the P2 Neptune ASW aircraft which had equipment with tubes. Also, there the A3 Sky Warrior had equipment with tubes.

I do recall my first "pocket size" transistor radio. There were "clean channel" radio stations back then so even a kid in Central Louisiana could hear rock programs from Chicago, Little Rock and New Orleans. Ahhh, the nostalgia of it all.

Ironically, WE the maker of that video and those transistors, is now developing manufacturing of audio vacuum tubes in the USA again for the 1st time in decades!

I believe that Air Force One still utilizes tube technology, for a good reason.
In the event of nuclear war (or extreme solar flares) they are not easily fried like a circuit board or a transistor.
