This is what I'd do to it
Those are termites and they are choking on splinters.
Wow, I would be freaking out.
Live worms near all my wood?
Fumigate the area in the shop where is has been.... Twice..
Good name for a band, or maybe an album: Tone Worms.
I am pretty sure those are termites guys, they look like them. I was once in a home that had pictures on the wall. The pictures had holes on them and the frame was much like that guitar. The termites came through the wall and into the pictures and frames. I have seen termite tubes hanging form the ceiling.
Tone Weevils,,, the other white meat
Yeah, but are those genuine Honduras tone worms?
Roasted tone worms?
Please don’t tell me you brought that thing into your shop!
worms cost extra
well guys the vote has been cast .......worms prefer strats, go figure!
Heck no. "Unclean...UNCLEAN!"
Start with the heavy cut compound. Swirl remover won't take care of it.

Heat it to 145 degrees for 3 hours . Everything will be dead . Everything . No need to chisel it to death . I guess it made a fun video .
WOW... you may be right... it may not "buff out"
That freaks me out, just a bit.
Maybe if it wasn't Butterscotch, they wouldn't have liked it so much.
