But, Man! I want one of these:

I haven't bought a guitar in over two years but I can almost guarantee I won't make it three years. I'll probably even chunk out the extra two bills and get this one: 1_Full_Straight_Front_44279-274c6b9e0580d6f1fca7101f486e11d8.jpg
Nothing wrong with the one I already have:

I've just always wanted a cherry burst. And maybe a Jr or a Special to beat on.

    Sorry for the porn.

Please don't apologize revealing one G.A.S. , here is an initiate act of sharing. It's all about showing the side of ones self ones materialistic craving and needs and desirers and you can not be given a vacation in Jordon snow boarding for it.
Everyone has desires guitars aren't porn , though, yes they can act as an object of desire, but not an evil end.
I had a black Asian made Les Paul copy that stolen about 40 years ago,
"some where deep down inside " as Robert Plant sings there's this sleeping desire to have another. I really liked what did for slide guitar and fat cord. It woke up and now I'm try to decide Epiphone Les Paul Modern or Epiphone Les Paul Custom ... Modern, Custom ah,
Modern, Custom ah, Modern, Custom Modern, Custom hmmmm weight relief or traditional
Modern, Custom Modern, Custom Modern, Custom Which is the right choice?
Consumption Anxiety: make no doubt about it, it sits inside right between the ears and my gut, a triangle of burning anxiety, it's not as bad as the flame thrower of buyers remorse , no not that kind , I'm not talking about choosing the wrong bride. I mean regretting choosing to marry into the wrong family, oh no! worse than that, augh! Buying the wrong instrument, one bad move that can haunt you through your life. Do you know what I mean , hmmmm are you on my beam. Is there another person involved in approving the expenditure? hmmm that's where the rubber meets the road, " cryin' won't help you prayin' won't do you no good."

There is little in the way of music that I need outside of more talent, a better singing voice, and maybe some deeper confidence, but that doesn't stop me from having to check to see if I have anything else on order. Let's just say that lockdown was rather...accumulative.

If I were in the showroom to take one home…I’d be hard pressed to choose a color. They’re all so good. Consider Heritage. Made in the old Gibson plant by some of the old Gibson people. They also make the modern Harmony line. It’s about an hour and a half drive. I should see if they’re open to the public.

    .

Made at the same factory, same tools, and processes that made all the famous 'Bursts.
Recently they have upgraded some of the process but it's not like moving to Nashville for cheaper wages, all new workers and machinery, keeping just the branding ...

I succumbed to my GAS the other day and ordered a new LP Standard 60's... but they're not expected to be back in stock until August so I guess I got a wait in front of me anyways.

Good luck in your times of no guitar need.

I'm hung up on the 50's but I definitely see the allure of the 60's too.
