So I did this tonite. It was an online/zoom class. I had never tried to paint before, but have always been curious, so I figured why not?

I don’t think I’ll quit my job or anything, but it was fun. I’d do it again.

It's got a nice feel to it. Reminds me of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe."

At one point the instructor said “oooh! It kind of looks like Narnia!”

    I know nothing of painting.
Is that using oil paint that comes in the little toothpaste looking tubes?

This is acrylic. MUCH more forgiving and easy for beginners, and far and away easier to clean up.

You must be looking too hard, or maybe I’m trying too hard to see it

I usually find that sort of thing but alas it eludes me on this one

Do I have to turn it sideways and squint?

Hey man, we’re all gonna see what we’re gonna see. And we aren’t gonna judge what he sees.

All it takes is one wrongly slammed door and then all the lampposts are right angles.

Wait a minute! “G.S.” Isn’t the initials for “Jake Dog”!

    We’ve been deceived!

Nicely done. You have a creative spirit. :)

Was that an image you had in your mind, somehow before the painting class, or was it spontaneous?

Oh ... and take care of your left ear.
