Barn Stuff and things outdoor ok. Plumbing I call my neighbor Tony who's a Pro.
My Dad always said if there's "A Pro You Know" and it's saved me tons of heartache.

Thanks! I imagine I'll be working hard to try to make it fit for a while, but it is a good feeling to be able to say I'm a musician when people ask what I do.

Heard about a backhoe operator who hit a main gas line. Lets just say the guy survived but he had to change both sets of drawers...

I have done lots of silly stuff in my life. Thankfully I have not had to call 911 though.
A couple of times it has been close though...

Not at all. It's by screwing things up and trying again that we simple humans learn stuff. I'm pretty good at a lot of things because I've spent so long getting them wrong over and over again. I plan to continue hacking away at my inadequacies until they prove insurmountable or are turned into strengths.

It works for stuff like laundry too - throw some of her fancy stuff in with your t-shirts and a cup of bleach, and claim ignorance when it all comes out looking like tie-dye. I haven't touched a washing machine in well over 20 years. Laundry is like magic to me - I drop my dirty clothes on the floor and they end up back in the drawers/closet clean and folded a few days later.
