It's my life's mission to find 1 or more 12" fender orange label 16 ohm Utah speakers, if anyone has 1 or more I'm willing to pay whatever it takes to have it/them. I think they only came in quad reverbs right? And specifically for only 1 year! Please help me on this search. regards all!

Find the YouTube channel Johann Segeborn. He has done episodes comparing dozens of speakers at a time. So he may have tricks to find specific speakers. Maybe he even has one of these you are searching for just kicking around.

Long story but I was actually on YouTube using A.I. to make new nirvana songs, I played guitar sang bass drums etc and ended getting quite a following, but with that came a hell of a lot of people stealing my music! eventually I deleted the account and vowed never to make another one, that and being bloody hacked! So if you are able to then please ask him. Thanks

That time frame Utah's were good. I had a couple in a Pro Reverb that were great. 8 Ohm though. That one looks a bit smaller magnet than the ones I had in the Pro.
They turn up on Ebay and Reverb often. Although less now than they used to.

I have some old Fender label 12" x 16 ohm speakers, but they are not Utah.

I am guessing that this video in the link, is why you want that specific 16 ohm Utah speaker.

I have 1968 Orange Label 8 ohm 12" Utahs in my 1967 blackface Pro Reverb and I love them. They sound more open/better and "full range" than this 16 ohm Utah in the video do. However if you are going for that Nirvana sound, then find a 16 ohm, or get an 8 ohm Utah and EQ it so its more mid range and nasally.

I've been through a few Oxfords but didn't bond with them, this is the speaker that recorded in utero so that's why I want them, but thanks for the offer.

Aha! You guessed right! That album meant a lot to me in the 90's and I also just love that distortion sound, ever tried a sansamp tech 21 cranked!? Blows your ears off it's fantastic!

Right! That, and Pyle which was the succesor to Utah and produced the same speakers.
So this has a silver center cone? And if they don't apparently that means they have been reconed, Compared to a Utah which doesn't have that center, must make a difference in the sound right? Utah top pic

An Alternative: OP you can find 8 Ohm equivalents (preferably blown and cheap) and have Weber recone them with new 16 Ohm VCs.

The vented, aluminum dust cap *possibly* emphasized treble.
