    Here is a tough one - make meatloaf without bread crumbs. My wife does a great job of that.

    She also puts sausage in hers with the ground beef. Now you have me jonesing for some.

    The recipe was for one pound on hamburger, so it's not a huge loaf

    My next one will use two pounds of ground beef.

    My favorite comfort food. The best we ever did was after hurricane Marilyn. No power. Cooked in 3 layers of aluminum foil on a Coleman propane camp stove.
    Heaven on a plate.

    I like a slice of meatloaf on spaghetti. Easier than meatballs and about the same.
