But i don't find myself in that generation. My co worker told me i can't read the hour on a clock because i am a millenial. And next day, there was a discussion in which i was not involved and i head her say that is my generation.

Passing by, I said just because it is your generation is not an excuse. I don't know what they were talking about.

I’m in that generation too but definitely don’t fit the generalized type. Not an entitled brogrammer. I love the ok boomer retort though haha.

I dont know what my label is. I was born halfway through 1966.
I am pretty old school though.

Be careful of seeing others as stereotypes. You may find you’re seen as one yourself.

It's a shame they're judging you by your age instead of your actions. Try to hang with the ones who accept you for what you bring to the table.

Part of the issue is that one the whole, millenials (not you) have a reputation for bringing a different attitude towards employment than previous generations.

There's good people out there, you just have to find them. Hey, it could be worse- you could be a zoomer!

At my company, those comments could have earned your colleagues a nice sit-down with HR. You’re doing fine; don’t take the bait.
