I’ve only had this guitar since Wednesday, and today this happened...

    It looks military but you can go further. One ply black guard and black hardware, even military stickers.

    I agree, 100%. If I had to choose between the two, then I'd go with the mint green 'guard, but...

    I bet a gloss black 'guard would look sick on that slab, too. ;)

    I trend towards the Mint also, and I wonder if the Mint got a fair depiction in photos. I also think with the stock bridge, you need the MG guard.

    But this is one of the better guitar colors to use with the right Tort pickguard. Except, now the guitar won't be complete without a Leo style AV52 bridge plate and some slight slant Fender brass saddles from Darren Riley!

    Now, I'm going back to eating my breakfast avocado. :^)
