I guess you mean that it’s got SG type wiring?All you did was make an SG
Why is it an SG? Why not a Les Paul? Or a PRS? Or any other of a million HH guitars? Just curious (I love my SG, by the way, but it is nothing like my other HH guitars).All you did was make an SG
And I love it! I’ve long wanted a HH strat and this doesn’t disappoint. I have another Gilmour pickguard for this guitar that I can interchange.
Some specs;
-Jumbo frets and 12” radius
-Alder body (very light)
-Wired up with Toneriders, Rocksong in bridge and a Alnico 4 in the Neck.
-50s wiring with one of the magnets flipped to get a quacky out of phase tone in the middle
- 2 volumes pots and 1 tone
I think the Toneriders sound fantastic especially the Alnico 4 neck

SG is closest in tone, check out Frank Marino of Mahogany Rush, he plays an SG Special with 3, bridge pup angled same single coils on it, all he plays is the blues, I use my SG when I be don’t feel like hanging 9lbs of Strat on my shoulder.Why is it an SG?
