Humbucker wiring question

    5CC0289E-71D0-4D38-87FD-462A12413422.jpeg I have a Fender humbucker here that I am considering putting into a guitar of mine and I was wondering which wires need to be twisted together? Does the green get twisted with the black and the white with the red or do I have it all wrong? Any info would be welcomed!

    red and shield to ground

    black and white shunted.

    green positive (hot)

    If you need to reverse the phase, just make the RED hot, and ground the shield and green
