How to flip the magnet in a humbucker pickup?

    Having done a fair amount of hunting to try to find a decent price on an out of phase neck pickup, I've almost reached the conclusion that the most cost effective way of getting that famous Peter Green out of phase tone is for me to buy another SD Seth Lover and flip the magnet in it.

    I already have one of these pups so if I can buy another one I can then reverse the magnet in one of them and save myself a whole heap of money!

    The question is, how easy is this to do? The Seth Lovers aren't wax potted but I'm not entirely sure as to exactly how I'd go about flipping the magnet in the neck pup.

    I can't find any demo vids of anyone actually doing this so I'm looking for some advice here on how to do it without damaging the pickup.
