    Get this,

Yesterday I passed up a free rib dinner and a free show to see Los Lobos!

    I went golfing instead.

I knew they were going to be in town, and that it was free, but I don't know how in the hell this slipped my mind.

What's wrong with me! Doyee!!

If I'd gone golfing instead of going for a free rib dinner accompanied by Los Lobos I sure wouldn't tell everyone/anyone about it :p

To be honest, I'd never admit going golfing at all ... not that that's happened ... yet ... :D

Was the golf any good by the way ? (is that called rubbing salt into the wound ? )

    Just kidding ! :)

Back in the '80s, I forgot to go to a free Red Hot Chili Peppers concert on the beach in Daytona. IIRC, I got side-tracked by beer and women.

Just repeat the following phrase 100 times:

I passed up a free rib dinner and a free a Los Lobos concert, and went golfing instead.

    Afterwards, you'll know.................

Forgiven if you wore a white belt and white shoes (the full cleveland)

My theory about sports is this: if I hit the ball somebody else oughta chase it.

    The wolves will survive.

Probably cause' being outside on a beautifull day with Mother Nature's beauty in abundace beats the he** out of sitting in a smokey indoor facility having your eardrums blown out. I would have done the same thing...even if it was golfing.

That's the problem, it's North Dakota, I haven't seen 70 degrees since last September, so I had to get out and enjoy mother nature. Maybe it was the increase in temperature that caused me to go braindead!
