So many great responses to all those typical fb posts lol!
I'm not a subscriber, but my wife is a FB lurker. From what she shows me and tells me, I don't want any parts of that chickensh*t.
Stringbanger you must be so lonely without your 200 imaginary FB friends.
BTW, would you like to see my new selfie?
That video seems to be more about how people wish they could respond but lack the guts to do so.
I'm happy that W.C. Fields lived long enough to slam people on Facebook.
I knew he reminded me of someone! I was thinking the Wizard of Oz.
i am on facebook...i have very little interaction with friends these days...but i subscribe to stuff which has good content...facebook is good if you make it that way
I'm always pleased when I hear there are others that won't have anything to do with FB. I'm not alone! I'm not alone!
Not gonna do it, wouldn't be prudent!
My wife is a lurker and shares some posts with me occasionally. It usually raises my blood pressure and lowers my view of the human race.
It's hard to believe that some people have their FB page filled entirely with stupid quotes. It's like if they ever had to write a sentence it would kill them.
i'm marginally on it but not very often.
Everytime I do sign on, the first person who makes a political post, I un-follow them.
Now I've got about 20 people in my feed, posting about guitars or cats.
I have found life to be more enjoyable without FB. The same is true of Instagram.
I still browse Instagram, but I've been FB-free for almost 6 months now, and it's the greatest thing I ever did. Don't even miss it.
Too many people posting their own drama filled lives and it waste too much of my time. I had an account just to keep up with local musician friends and where they were playing. But we do a lot better with text and email. I closed my fb account last year and found I had a lot more uninterupted time for my music.
See, I don't like cats. At all. So my decision not to join FB seems justified, so I don't have to spend all that time unfollowing every person alive, since they all seem to post cat videos.
...or at least that is what I've been told...
Facebook: Where people go to avoid life.
Funny, although I've never been on Facebook, it still has a way of irking me sometimes.
These posts about Facebook always show an incredible lack of sensitivity toward others. Shouldn't we, as a modern civilized society, be more tolerant of the stupid, the delusional, and the narcissistic?
