    The 800 number, but...I’ve never bought anything used, so I’m not sure if their price/negotiating ranges are the same as for their new inventory.

    Millions of Musicians are out of work, and dumping gear.... Unless you need something VERY specific, or insist on new only.. I don't even know why someone would bother.

    As a general rule, there are no discounts on used gear - unless they want to move it. If it's been there a while, it's worth asking. You're probably better off calling the source store directly.
