How much good music have I missed in the past 20 years?

It isn't for everyone, but I've been blown away by Brighde Chaimbeul's record "The Reeling."

I like to surf YouTube these days... seems like any artist you can name is on YouTube in either a live music video, a lip-synced made for TV video, or sometimes a full album for an artist.

In the search bar you can type in an artist's name, or a band name, or even a genre of music like "blues", "jazz", "rock", etc...

Something I didn't know until recently you can type in "movies" and there are full length theater movies on YouTube. You can also type in genres, such as "western movies" or "comedy movies" and find full length movies of many genres. Some you have to pay for (which I ignore) but many are free full-length movies.

You haven't missed much since 1970 or so.

Only band that has impressed me this century has been Dawes. A refreshing change back to singing, playing good music ( all of them) and meaningful words.

I think I'd like him if I could understand any of the words.

They have surgery to fix deviated septums now.
