I'm nearly there. Finished the fret job last night on the "Sassquire" project. Gotta cut a nut for it tonight. Then, it is just a matter of final setup and I'll join the "single pickup" owners group.

Count me in. Junior clone from a Precision Guitar Kit with a Lollar vintage wind P-90. Playing that thing is so fun it doesn't even feel like it should be legal.

My Epiphone Les Paul Jr. with GFS Mean 90 sounds way better than it should for the money. I also just bought an ash Strat body routed for one bridge humbucker (and hardtail), but that project is on hold for now.

And then there's the silly mid life crisis guitars that I play when I'm feeling saucy.

Yep, a custom build Esquire type and a Custom Shop True Historic Les Paul Junior. I've got another Esquire build going on right now too.

I wanted a surf green guitar so I built this one with 1vol 1tone SD JB humbucker. IMG_7532.JPG IMG_7532.JPG

Then I had a spare neck, a lipstick single coil, and some other stuff kicking around my workspace, so I did something like this. IMG_8631.JPG IMG_8634.JPG IMG_8636.JPG

Yeah. T style parts caster with a triple tapped Don Mare pickup. So it’s kinda like a three pickup guitar with just one pickup.

Am pondering an Epi Coronet as well.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

Love me some single pickup guitars.

    Epiphone LP Jr
    Epiphone Firebird
    Supro Jamesport
    Gibson LP Jr
    Fender MIM Esquire
    Reliced Partscaster Esquire

The Reliced Partscaster Esquire is my soul mate (guitar-wise).
It practically put itself together including setup and plays like a dream.
Kinda like the parts knew they were supposed to make up the guitar together.
