This site is pretty cool... make a map of all the US States you have visited.

http://www.visitedstatesmap.com/

34 states down for me, 16 to go.

I've driven through all of them, except Alaska and Hawaii.
Haven't really "visited" any but Massachusetts, Kansas, Indiana, Kentucky and Washington. Those are the only ones I've spent more than one night in a motel in per trip.
I like travelling, don't like stopping.

I've been to all 48 contiguous. Never been to Hawaii or Alaska. Of the lower 48, I've played shows in 42 of them.

Not sure, but I remember getting thrown out of Oregon by state troopers in the middle of the night...

Visited all except 8: DE, HI, MN, ME, ND, NH, SC, SD and VT.

I was in Connecticut a few years ago and took a quick drive over to Rhode Island, just to cross it off the list.

I would love to do a trip like this on the bike. I started riding again in July after a 20 year hiatus.

Been to seven states so far, and done about 9k miles. It ain't nearly enough.

Technically it's a collection of the trips it took to get to all the states, etc. There are three really long ones.

Harley from DC to Idaho and back through Canada and Buffalo home.

Hayabusa to Virginia up to Labrador and back through a hurricane :)

Hayabusa up through Banff to Alaska and back through Washington and Oregon.

There are a bunch of medium trips and a few short ones. I'm considering a similar animation of each trip but just the trip and not the collection. Last year Jeanne and I took the 'busa to Virginia, Indianopolis, Chicago, and back to Denver. :)

I've obviously been ignoring the north central and southern states...

Here is mine. A few gaping holes that I don't see filling in. Most in the east were from traveling on business. I'm a west of the divide kinda guy.

Gigging in 42 states or riding in all of the lower 48 + Alaska and most of Canada. Awesome accomplishments. Congrats to both Freejack and Jakedog for living our dreams.

Michigan and South Dakota are the only states I've missed in the Lower 48. But I probably shouldn't count North Dakota, as I've only passed through it on trains.
