A little Fender SS practice amp ? model. A Christmas gift from my daughter and S-I-L to take on business trips to annoy the other hotel patrons.

    Swart AST Mk II

    Vox AC15HW1X

    Egnater Rebel 30 small piggyback

    Fender DRRI

68 Sunn Solarus formerly upright 2x12 combo foolishly chopped down to a head 40 years ago by yours truly after the EV SROs were stolen out of it. Use with an Egnater 2x12 cab.

    Gallien-Krueger MB212 bass amp

    Got some PA gear too.

    Fender 65 Twin reverb reissue

    Egnater Tweaker 15 Head

    Blackstar HT5R head

    ×2 Orange Micro Terrors

    Marshall JCM800 2205

    Marshall Code 100H

    Fender Vaporizer (rocket red)

    Some old Charvel 2x10 combo

I'm probably forgetting one or two...

I had ordered a Marshall Studio 20, but then decided against it and canceled the order... kind of glad I didn't do it... made no sense when I have the real deal... and want my eardrums to bleed.

I only have and use 1 Cab that is a hand made 4x12 loaded with Eminence Swamp thangs and Texas Heats'.

Just added this to my collection. A Marshall Lead 12 combo solid state.

The guy said it was made in 1987. [IMG][IMG][IMG]

I answered 0-2, the two being my main “at home” Blues Cube Hot and my “tiny winter rental condo” Blackstar HT1R. One lives at home in Pennsylvania and one lives in North Carolina, where we spend 3 months a year, and where our younger daughter lives - it stays in a closet at her place the 9 months of the year we're not there.

Technically I also have a Fly 3 that I used as a travel amp for a week once a couple years ago. Now I occasionally use it as an auxiliary speaker for playing stuff from one of my iPads, but it’s been so long since I plugged a guitar into it I don’t even count it as an amp - it’s just a speaker now...

Currently I own two. The one I use and the one I don’t. I use my DV Mark. It’s been the only amp I’ve used for anything for maybe three years now? It does any size gig, any style, indoors or out and sounds killer for all of it. So I sold everything else.

I have one other amp. It’s a custom hand made 18 watter. Boutique head. It was given to me as a gift by the builder. It’s a great amp. But I haven’t plugged it in since probably 2015? I don’t even own a speaker cabinet anymore. It’s not a Marshall, and it’s not my DV. So something really crazy would have to happen for me to pull it out. It’s really cool though, and it was a gift, so I’ll never part with it.

I'm down to two at present. Fender Rumble 100, and an ancient Ibanez Troubadour 25 acoustic amp. I got a bass recently, and traded all my unused amps for the Rumble, which can do double duty for guitar and bass.

The gigging situation looks pretty bleak around here, and has for a while now. IF I ever needed a better amp for electric guitar, I'd look at a Champion 40 or a new edition Peavey Envoy. I don't see that happening, and I've been doing just fine with the Rumble for a couple years now.
