    Camo-inspired...

    Start w/ uv?
Advance w/ baking soda & stiff dry toothbrush?
    Add finely ground Moss-be-Gone?
    Good luck?

What does the inside look like?

Mildew is nearly impossible to remove - both the stain and the SMELL. People usually start with a 10% bleach solution on the exterior to kill it. Then scrubbing. Inside also must be treated, and is nearly impossible to eradicate the smell. But leaving outdoors in bright sunlight can help. Probably a thousand YouTube videos of different methods that don't work.

If the guitar is unaffected, I would probably replace the case, otherwise the guitar will always stink as well. But no harm in trying. If the mildew has penetrated very far, you are scrod.

    It's totaled.

Best bet? Lacquer over it with an opaque color. Call it "custom."

Take it to an upholsterer (or redo it yourself)

The stains look kinda relicked, but the stink would be a deal-breaker in my case (no pun intended). Some people are very allergic to mold spores which would likely be lurking inside as well.

I’ve always wanted to get one done in Louis Vuitton. Not because I’m a fan of the company. But Keef has one done

Remove the guitar. Carefully carry the case outside to the trash receptacle on trash day. Drop it in. Get a new one from one of the many companies that carry them.

I would not ditch it because of the stains. If it is not lacquered you may be able to bleach it and then dye or coat it with amber lacquer?

Good lord. I've never seen anything like that. Was it stored on the bayou? Loving my dry Colorado air here, where my towels don't smell mildewed after one shower.

I get that but this reads as 'stored for some time' and a case doesn't go that bad from one event. I've recovered a large industrial facility after a flood came through and every basement flooded, every ground level room had 4 inches of mud in it, and every MCC had drops of moisture hanging throughout. Pull it out, blow it and dry it off.

So I'm hoping there was no guitar inside the case when it flooded?

Going on a long shot here but if I owned that case I would first try to clean it with a very diluted bleach solution and scrub it first. See where that takes you followed by leaving it in the sun for a while. Then, if that doesn't do to much, hit it with a pressure washer to see if it takes off the rest of the gunk followed by leaving it in sunlight again to see what that'll do to it. Again, grasping at straws but you'd be no worse off then by just tossing it if the results are a no go.

The only thing else would be to take some dimensions down and use as a template to build one for yourself if you like to build stuff. Best of luck in your efforts.

No one should ever toss a Tweed case, no matter the condition.
there will always be a taker!

Maybe an ozone generator for the mildew and odor. For the mottled discoloration I am not sure, but I wonder about trying a soft bristle brush and a vacuum first to see if anything will dislodge from the weave.
