l Epiphone SG -$250 (Stony Brook) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Date: 2010-11-07, 6:23PM EST Reply to: sale-e5un5-2047760565@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------I got this SG for 400 and from their had the intunality fixed along with a new bridge and some hardware ( + $150 ) Sounds really good, especially after the all adjustments despite the dings and scratches i have a lot of guitars so in effort to make a quick buck im selling this cheap ($250) (comes with strap, and strap-locks)

Uh...electronic tuner? I coulda tuned that up for him for a little under a hundred bucks.

But since reading his ad...how does $150 sound, and I will throw in...ummm...a new set of strings?

I don't know Bones. He got the guitar for 400, added 150 to improve playability. Isn't that 550 dollars?

He says, "in effort to make a quick buck im selling this cheap ($250)".

There is something about his phrasing which just might put me off a wee bit.

Unless you are talking about something related to large fish, do you mean intonation? If so, it is a matter of adjusting your bridge saddles. You just need a good tuner, and the right allen wrench or screw driver. Just google intonation and you'll get all kinds of hits.

"Intunality" sounds like a technical description of my playing.........

I'll trade him a couple of periods and a comma for the guitar.

Intunality sounds like a good name for a song.

Yike! I'll try to pay attention next time, Although I can't open the link for some reason, I should have recognized that it was an experienced tdpri guy who had posted it. Here I thought some kid was looking for advice and everyone else was being a little mean to him. I am off to get my brain checked for intunality.
