hot rails esquire wiring diagram.

I've got a squire affinity tele that I'm turning into an esquire. Does anyone have a wiring diagram that for an esquire with a hot rails (basically a humbucker)? I could care less about the switch since there is only 1 pickup. I just want the volume and tone knob. Thanks in advance I'm pretty new to this stuff.

Replace bridge pickup black with SD pickup green and bare
Replace bridge pickup yellow with SD pickup black

Solder SD pickup red and white together and insulate them from everything else (heat shrink tubing or electrical tape)

don't worry about 'no-load'

my hot rail doesn't have a yellow wire, I have the red,white,black,green, and bare wire.
