Yeah I like it. Looks agressive like it wants to punch you in the face.

I like the neck. Is that a 2 saddle bridge? Interesting. It’s like a car wreck, you just can’t stop looking at it and you wonder what happened.

    .

Pickguard needs to be glossy like the other black parts. Or the other black parts produced in satin black. Either way they need to make purposeful color and texture choices not just pull from a grab-bag of parts.

Control plate needs to be rotated so the volume is up front and not covered by the Bigsby arm, put the pickup switch to the back.

Push/pull tone pot to convert those humbuckers to single coils, perhaps that is already in there.

If they put the Jazzmaster Pro II trem on there it would be a better plan than the Bigsby. Fewer tuning stability fears. And the trem would be more modern to fit the color scheme. Demos I've seen for the JM Pro II trem were impressive.

Bro-Country, Vegas backup band players, and (+1) Metal-billy are certainly prime buyer demographics. :)

It’s not for me, but I bet I could make it sound cool, and I’d probably have fun doing it. I’d need dots on the neck though.

Nope. It's like a car with black wheels: they just disappear and you lose all the detail.

OTOH, if you pushed it a little more and turned the whole thing into a crime scene tape, then I might start to like it.

Perfect match for the Strat Sid McGinnis played in The World’s Most Dangerous Band.

So an apprentice model runs about $7,000- $8000? If so I guess I'll have to buy the lowly sub-apprentice versions..

Got it, thanks for that. So they're a bit cheaper and hopefully the builder becomes a master builder and the guitar would be worth more in the future. Could be a good investment.
