There was just a thread about not seeing members around

I just realized after seeing ol soot there I haven’t seen you for a while

If a break is what you need for yourself it’s a good thing

 

It is good to see you back. I hope that you get better. It’s a good thing to get stuff off your chest. Unless you’re Dolly Parton.

I think it’s good to write, to organize how I may feel or what I am thinking about.

You can turn a crappy day into a small victory paragraph, where at least you have some control over something in life.

I think back to my childhood, riding the big wheel, dubbing cassettes, watch Evil Knievel jump something, there is always another day where we can find a little fun in the mess.

Take care of yourself. Hope you find the right med. My wife is Bi-Polar and when her med stops working and has to go to another, it can be hard for everyone involved.

 

Glad you on mend. One brother and at least one friend are bipolar and I know it can be tough to deal with. Hope you keep getting better.
