Another big welcome from the state of Missouri. We're right in the center of the U.S.A. Not the middle of Nowhere. The middle of Everywhere. I figure If we were to set up a stage on an Ozark mountain, (really just a big hill), and ran a backline of 4000 watt Mesa Boogie tube amps we could nearly entertain the entire country. Folks on the far side of the Rocky's would miss out but that's OK. They never like being on the outside looking in. Now we just gotta find some Marvel comic strength ear plugs so that slamming opening cord doesn't blow our eyeballs out the front of our head. I know. Kick ass opening! But .....you gotta draw the line somewhere. 🎼

A warm Welcome and a loud Hello from England!
Couldn't be much further away from here on the map, but really we all live in the same place - the kingdom of TDPRI...
- and we all the SPEAK the language of MUSIC (whether we can read and write it or not!)
You don't even need a tele to join in the fun... but you might find yourself leaning that way before too long!

Thanks for the welcome Arlum. Sounds like a good concert you've got planned on the mountain and I should hear it from here :)

Hi all

I'm new to the forum and teles. So new I don't even have one yet...still looking around. I turned 50 about a month ago so will consider it a present when I find the one I want.

Other than that I'm from Australia and lean towards blues music for my style of playing.

Looking forward to reading all the good info here.
Welcome aboard. I remember turning 50 pause maybe? It was a while ago.
I hope that you like it here , we tend to be friendly , helpful, and very much into teles
Well I don't know about Teles in Oz, Japanese made Teles are nice , maybe Oz has them?
The classic vibe tele has gotten some very good reviews from players.
have fun
