    Hi everyone,
Been lurking for a while and love the site. I have three Tele’s: a 2000 MIM, a 2008 Ash, and a 2009 ‘72 Thinline RE. Been playing off and on for years. Not that good but I really love to play. Lots of good info on this site!

Welcome aboard. I like your Teles. I've always had a thing for the thinlines.

Thanks. The Thinline sounds as good as it looks but it has a 7.25 neck radius that really doesn't suit me. Been thinking about selling or trading it so I can get a better amp.

I've had two of those 72 thinlines and loved everything about them except the neck. There was an American Vintage Reissue 72 thinline FSR that had the modern 9.5 inch radius and medium jumbo frets which I almost got. That would have been perfect for me. The only reason I delayed is because it was in black and I prefer the sunburst.

The neck is the reason I got a 52 Hot Rod instead of a regular 52 reissue. I learned my lesson about vintage necks with the thinlines.
