Hey everyone. Wow I've not been on here for what seems like about 20 years.

Use to pop my head in as I was intrigued as to what the hell the reason was that people loved teles so much.

I NEVER once connected with them nor strats. Had a mim tele thinline that I bought with my 21st money in '99,played it for a month then sat in its case for about 7 years. Sold it and bought an early 80s fender Flame and that was it.

All these years later I jumped on this tele below purely out of interest and that it is completely stock with only one small nick that is pretty much invisible and DING DING DING DING....I got it! That tele bug. Now I love them.

So here it is (more pics to follow) 95 MIJ Foto Flame Annaversaty Delux (pretty sure that's the name).

Followed that up a month later with another MIJ tele and planning a parts caster this year.

Nice! Congrats! And... sympathies. The tele bug can be a pretty deep rabbit hohaha, you're not wrong. I love my weird guitars like my Fender Esprit, Gibson S-1 etc but I finally get the whole tele thing. Although I do tend to go for the weirder ones.

My partscaster is going to be an interesting one I think.

Freaky indeed. Think that's exactly why I dig it.

Loved it in the pics I saw, sorrta liked it after the deal then after cleaning it up absolutely loved it. Yup, it's a picture on film and doesn't have movement but that slight metallic undertone is just something really cool.

Unusual grain, top to bottom rather than left to right, or have I just not seen enough grain patterns?
