They have the endplates for a big ‘ol wing, but they forgot the wing.

Such works of art. Some Italian cars were such eye candy and then these totally superseded that.
But if I had one, owned one I don't know what I would do with it.
Too bad all the '50s and '60 car designers are gone now. Most of today's styling is boring as a block wall.
To a guy like me those designs seem timeless. Industrial design is at it's best when boundaries are abandoned.

In 1956 Quaker State Oil had experimental Concept Car ads of cars that were being designed. Pretty futuristic for the time...

Cool cars, concept or not. There were some serious visionaries in design from the 50s -60s
