I think I heard them play that on a Queen album ... A Day at the Races maybe?

    Woah!
    1973 I think.

    It's been a while.

(Note to self: overdue for new vision exam and glasses.)

All the blue lines are parallel.

Slant your screen (phone?) and look at it from a side angle, and you'll see that the darker blue lines are parallel.

Apparently, it's the skewed vertical diamonds and longitudinal trapezoids(?) within the lines that are responsible for the illusion...and your tricked brain, of course.

Imagine that pattern on a guitar body... And you need to measure and install the bridge.

There are no lines, those are blue blocks, each one offset a bit from the next. Your brain sees it as an angled line, funky o_O

Here's a weird one. Stare at the white dot.

After a few seconds, the lovely young ladies will start to appear a bit freakish.

There are monsters hiding in everyone!

There is no actual offset of the black blocks or blue lines/blocks. View it from a sharp horizontal or vertical angles.

Similarly, peripheral vision plays more tricks...as you slowly move your gaze, it appears the circles are twirling.

They're twirling right now as you're reading this.

I printed this and placed it on the floor, and the cat played with it for a few minutes. They can see it too.

Click on the pic to embiggen it.

Or, if u squint until all the diamonds n trapezoids disappear, the lines go straight.

I had a guy sell me chain link fencing who knew a guy that installed chain link fencing. I remember the day the last dude came out and took that very same picture. If you look really close you can see where my dog relieved himself.
