Hey TD , cheer up mate, this was written for you and Bakersfield. I'll give $20 to " The Church of the Sacred Bleedin' Heart of Jesus"
I'll run twenty red lights too if necessary.

Bit of a tribute to Charlie gere ( even though Keith's voice is off key).

I consider this and "Dead Flowers" to be country tunes. Yes, they were recorded by the Stones, but they fit well into a country set. I am planning on working them into my acoustic act eventually too - and anyone can sing 'em, provided you have a second voice to support you (harmony optional) on the choruses.

True, they're no "Up Against The Wall Redneck Mother" or "You Never Even Call Me by My Name," but country nonetheless.

I'm thinkin' Keef and the rest of the band could stroll into a honky tonk and do a set to uproarious applause. Meanwhile Mick, OTOH, would be out in the parking lot picking up his teeth ...
